Nikita holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from CSU Stanislaus, and brings over seven years of healthcare experience spanning the Emergency Room, primary care, and community-based programs. Her career has been marked by a deep commitment to patient care, team leadership, and building systems that improve access to vital services.

Her background includes extensive work in mental health and substance use navigation, where she guided patients through some of the most complex healthcare challenges. As a leader, she has successfully managed diverse teams, streamlined workflows, and improved outcomes through collaboration and innovation.

Beyond clinical settings, Nikita serves as the Vituity Cares Foundation (VCF) Lead for the Modesto branch, where she has spearheaded initiatives to bring quality care, preventive services, and community resources to underserved populations. This role has strengthened her ability to create programs that are not only effective but also inclusive and compassionate.
